Sticktuitiveness is often rewarded.

A realtor was telling me a story about a house he got for his client recently.  They submitted the same lowball offer each week for six weeks until the frustrated seller finall said, “What do I have to do to make you stop submitting that offer?” The answer was, “Accept it.” And they did.

Make yourself known to them.  And known again and again until they give up and hire you.
