washer’s still working as far as i know.  i canceled sears over the phone.  then i also canceled as much of the clothes as i could as i just found out my job has been eliminated.  there was a meeting on friday at my hiring school, but i teach elsewhere on friday and nobody in charge bothered to let me know that my job was eliminated, they just told everybody else.  my coworker emailed me this evening, which was nice of her but i wish it had been earlier before i bought work clothes, etc.

as always, it is unclear what will happen next.  i still have a cold.
