well, it’s apparently not working, which is another mystery, how it works and then it doesn’t, for some and not for others. anyway, i’ve rehosted the pic on untitled just for you, ms. boot.

in case anyone’s concerned, this is not scine’s upload that isn’t working, it’s my own workaround that doesn’t seem to have worked around after all…

I just followed the “untitled” link to its end - the final image - and then used that url address in your entry here.  I think you were originally linking to the permalink page of your other blog’s entry, which would be fine if it was only a link, rather than an image source link.

i was using the blogger host source, where i had uploaded it.  you’re saying i do need to keep it on the untitled itself and link to that page, rather than the host itself.  check.  (i think.)

this does make it a muchbiggerfile, though: 33k as opposed to <15.  but then, you can actually see this one…

You’re more than welcome to upload into your image folder here on this site.  The link will be created automatically.

If you do link to the blogger site, then follow that link to its end, where the popup image is the last thing showing, then copy the address that shows there.  Use that address when creating your “... file here.

I’ve been slowly migrating all the images from posts originally on my old Blogger blog to flickr. Sometimes the ones that are still on Blogger will show up; other times they’re gone.

he mentioned that what he sees may not be what i see, and i found out that’s sure true!  i brought my spiffy new blog up on the desktop computer where i do my artwork, and the colors are completely different!  the main column is an ivoryish yellow and the rest green, while what i see here is a lovely breath of shell pink and a sage in about the same proportions as the color in the picture i posted up there in “here i am”  I hope at least most of you are getting the shell pink.  if you’re not, well, imagine you are.
