seems she’s been throwing a tantrum for a week. probably due to a lack of paint.

howya been?

all my best laid plans, etc. (‘mouse? did you do that?)  i’ve been out of school for a month, and did two weeks of those classes before screaming down the hall, throttling a few people in the process.  the summer camp thing fell through when they lost their grant, which means i’ve had absolutely nothing to do (having bagged the third class) last week and this, and again and again until July 23.

unheard of!  i tell you, i don’t know what to do with myself.  that’s what i’m doing, trying to figure out how to do with myself.  so far i’ve begun eating actual food on a regular basis; worked on my online ESOL certificate; started two of those 30 day programs one sees for setting one’s various components back in order; attended my nephew’s over-the-top wedding and made a photoessay of the festivities (which can be seen, should you be of a mind on my sketchbook linked over there at the left on this page, in contnuous rotation down the bottom of its right-hand column); excavated the study from under the last two, or so, years:

and bought eleventy serious boxes to finally clear out the effluvia, which includes culling the 5000 volumes, clearing out the studio (behind the door at the end of the hallway)


down to some shelving and the chandelier, and boxing the tschotzkes;

and moved to middle earth.

jeez, that sounds like a lot when what i’ve been trying to convey here is that i have been doing virtually nothing.  i make it a point to do one thing, and only one thing a day.

not counting middle earth, that’s every day

what’s a couple of months, anyway?  i see people have been here but i haven’t.  sorry about that. maybe i will resume.
